At the moment, we only accept cash or e-transfer. Payments are processed securely at your service location.
Just ensure that your vehicle is accessible in a safe location for our mobile unit to perform the detailing. We bring all necessary equipment and materials. Any belongings found in the vehicle will be kept safe in a white bag and placed on the passenger seat after the job is complete.
Yes, there may be additional fees for oversized vehicles due to the extra time and materials required. We provide a clear estimate before the service, so there are no surprises. However no matter the size of the vehicle, service quality will still be our #1 priority.
At Shoreline Car Care, customer satisfaction is an utmost priority to us. However while we cannot directly offer refunds on services because of the time and effort spent on each vehicle, we can offer reimbursement through special prices on your next detail.
